Fish and Chips
Harbor Fish & Chips is a family-owned business based on the traditional British style fish and chips. After 10 years at our Meridian Ave location as H. Salt Esq. Fish and Chips, we have since located to our current location under a new name, Harbor Fish & Chips, at 2632 Union Avenue in San Jose.
We are a very simple restaurant with a very simple vision: To provide the best quality food at the best possible price. We fry fresh when you order.
Our seafood selection is typical of any average fish & chips restaurant such as fried fish, shrimp, scallops, calamari, oysters, mushrooms, zucchini, and artichoke hearts, clam chowder, steamed fish, fish sandwiches, and others. What is unique to our business is that we use the same recipe passed down by H. Salt Esq. Fish & Chips from 30-40 years ago (passed down to us 10 years ago). It's truly a time-tested recipe.
Our restaurant has about 35 available seating and the tables can be rearranged for larger groups. We have an on-site alcohol license and we serve a small selection of beers and wines to go with the food.
We are conveniently located in the Maplewood plaza with plenty of parking to spare.
Our famous special cocktail sauce is a must-try!
